A 25-year-old man was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh with serious injuries after a stabbing in Dunfermline on Sunday, August 16. Police Scotland received a report of a disturbance in the Headwell Avenue/Tuke Street area at about 2.35 pm. Emergency services responded, and the man was transported to the hospital for treatment. Police are still investigating the incident and are asking anyone with information to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 1849 of Sunday, August 16, or to speak anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
